Our range of SHOTT Syrups have a world of delicious potential.
Here are some of our favourite recipes!

CARAMEL MOCHA

Ingredients:

  • 15ml SHOTT Caramel
  • 30ml Espresso Coffee
  • 1 dessert spoon of chocolate
  • 170ml Milk

Directions:

  1. Brew plunger coffee or press espresso just how you like it awhile you heat the milk.
  2. Stir hot chocolate and SHOTT Caramel into the warmed milk until combined.
  3. Next pour in your shot of coffee.
  4. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and enjoy.

VANILLA AFFOGATO

Ingredients:

  • 15ml SHOTT Vanilla
  • 60ml Black coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Directions:

  1. Scoop ice cream into a ball and place inside glass. Place back in freezer while coffee brews.
  2. Drizzle SHOTT Vanilla over vanilla ice cream.
  3. Finally pour the hot coffee over the top if the ice cream.
  4. Serve immediately with a teaspoon and enjoy.

HAZELNUT LATTE

Ingredients:

  • 15ml SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 60ml Black coffee
  • 125ml Steamed Milk

Directions:

  1. Heat milk using espresso wand until milk is frothed/creamed.
  2. Press 60ml espresso into a coffee mug.
  3. Next pour in your shot of coffee.
  4. Add 15ml of SHOTT Hazelnut.
  5. Rock the milk jug side to side as you pour over the coffee and Hazelnut syrup to combine.
  6. Serve.

SWEET/SPICED CHAI LATTE

Ingredients:

  • 25ml SHOTT Sweet or Spiced Chai
  • 175ml Steamed Milk

Directions:

  1. Heat milk using espresso wand until milk is frothed/creamed.
  2. Add 15ml of SHOTT Sweet or Spiced Chai into the bottom of a warmed glass.
  3. Pour in a small amount of milk and stir the Chai and Milk together.
  4. Rock the milk jug side to side as you pour over the coffee and Hazelnut syrup to combine.
  5. Garnish with cinnamon and serve.

LEMON GINGER & HONEY HERBAL TEA

Ingredients:

  • 25ml SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 175ml Hot Water

Directions:

  1. Heat water in a jug.
  2. Pour 25ml SHOTT into a tall glass.
  3. Add 175ml hot water to the glass.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Steep for 2minutes to all flavours to infuse.
  6. Garnish with fresh lemon and serve.
