What are the shipping charges in Australia?

Standard $7.50 shipping fee for orders under $80.00 applies, free shipping for orders over $80

 

How long will I have to wait for my capsules delivery?

All orders take between 2-5 day across all of Australia *). Orders received and fully paid before 10am will normally be dispatched the same day. We use Australia Post, Courier Please, Fastway and Startrack.

  • Metropolitan: 1-2 days
  • Regional: 2-5 days

Do you offer an Overnight (Express) Service in Australia?

Yes. For a flat fee of $14.50 we offer an overnight service for a standard order, delivering in 1 - 2 working days to main cities and up to 5 days to rural areas. Just select the Express Service during checkout.

 

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes. We do ship to many international destination. You can estimate your freight charges by going to "Cart" and selecting "Estimate Shiping & Taxes". We use Startrack and TNT Express for our International deliveries.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your order. You can track your Parcel along its journey. You'll know when:

  • Shipping information is received and approved
  • The item arrives at the relevant delivery facility
  • The delivery driver loads the item
  • Your item is delivered

 

What happens when the item is delivered?

Deliveries will take place during business hours and the courier will normally ask to you to sign for the Parcel. If you are happy for the courier to leave the parcel at the door, you can add a comment during checkout.

 

Can I control my Australia Post delivery while it is on its way?

Not home to sign for a delivery? Change of plans? No problem! You can track your delivery, have it left in a safe place, or sent to a new location.

 

Do you accept PO Box as a delivery address?

Yes. We do accept PO Boxes in Australia and orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

Is there a charge of $1?

No. When a customer opts in to store their card during checkout, our payment agent sends over a request to their issuing bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorization to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorized. Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, the authorisation request is reversed immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorization, some people may still see an authorization for $1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from their statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from their statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.
