There is no quick way of finding the right coffee for you as it’s a very personal choice both with taste and intensity. It can also depend on what time of day you’re drinking coffee whether it be for your ‘caffeine kick’ or a wind down after a long day. Best advise if you’re not a regular coffee drinker is to keep your coffee’s to the middle-of-the-range intensity with the caffeine content. And if possible, once a week try to sit down with just you and a coffee and actually enjoy rather than sipping in between emails and work!
